To support our development we are currently seeking for our Corporate Finance Stelle: Manager (M/F) Ihre Aufgaben: Your primary focus will be to assist companies and institutions in the efficient financial management of their organisations and projects to meet their strategic and financial goals. As a member of the Corporate Finance team you will also assist clients in the realisation of their strategic plans through mergers and acquisitions. You will be working in a small team and with a high degree of responsibility. In direct contact with executives and management at our clients, you will assist and provide them with clear and authoritative advice in relation to their financing strategies as well as support in successfully executing them. Ihr Profil: A degree holder you have at least 3 years experience in corporate banking and possess a sound knowledge and understanding of financing instruments, capital markets and modern financing techniques. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential. You possess excellent presentation and communication skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French. Luxembourgish would be considered an advantage. As a team player you value and respect the contributions of your colleagues.
